The majority of the folks here on the forum are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and since we are not deezer employees, we have no access to your account.
I would suggest that you contact deezer support and open a ticket so that someone can look at your account and help you to get this resolved.

We are sorry to hear that. I can see that your Family 30 day free trial has finished on the 18 July 2022. If you have paid for the renewal of your subscription via Google payment or Apple and your subscription has not been activated, please contact our Customer Care team attaching the invoice of the last payment and they will be able to help you.
