deals


Deezer continues sending me deals but they say I am not eligible, they won’t say why.  I’m not paying $9.99 or $14.99 when they are offering a $5.99 deal.  What’s their problem?

May be you get the offers for another email adress / deezer account. They won‘t work if you are using an account with different email login.

Or may be you have used another offer in the past and now you are back on free account. Then you aren‘t able to use another promo deal with the same account. 

I only have one email address and have never signed up for any other offer so I don’t understand why the keep sending me offers then denying me. I just don’t get it!!!

Didn‘t you use the free trial period when starting your Deezer plan? Mostly the first three month are free…

What kind of special offer are you talking about in detail?

If you contact the support they can help and explain it to you.

So best would be to contact the support team and they can check the offer for you.
