"convert this profile into an independent account" option is not available for one of the family profiles.
This member had a separate account with the same email as the username I used for the profile.
He deleted his separate account 3 days ago bit the option is still not present

If one member is deleted his account , then account is deleted and can't be present.

If I understand you correctly, you want to convert a family profile into an independent account. However, the email address of the account to be converted was already used for another Deezer account that has been deleted. However, the conversion doesn't work, correct?
I could imagine that the email address used in the existing independent account is still blocked and can only be used again after a certain period of time.
Can't you just set up a new email address and then convert the profile with that address?
