constantly kicked off

Why do I keep getting kicked off and told someone else is listening? I know they are not! I've got deezer family and changed my password. It's becoming very annoying

    At this time the issue is mainly on mobile IOS/Android.

    User having error message saying “you are not connected to internet”.

    User have been unlogged and not able to log-in.

    Website is working better but some pages may not respond correctly sometimes. Deezer is still investigating and trying to fix it.

      @rob.johnson  the service is up again and can be used but we are monitoring the situation.
