My latest invoice charged me with 10 usd instead of 45 EGP, and I need a clear reply for that unacceptable behavior

Hi @Nada Gamal all users in Egypt were notified of an upcoming price increase on the 31st August.
The new price for a Premium subscription is USD$10.99.
The reason that we’ve done it is simple - we want all of our users to have access to HiFi by default. We also want to be able to pay artists more and support the industry better. And we want to be able to continue to bring our listeners like you the music and podcasts they want, no matter if it’s your personal Flow or one of our many different channels, compilations or playlists. 
We also need to continue investing in our product and bring our users one of the best music experiences on the market with unique features like “Song Catcher” and “Flow moods”
We hope that you decide to stick around with us. We appreciate and value you, not only as a customer, but as a music fan.


No, this is not true

i received nothing from your side, And I haven’t been notified with any new price list.

also, all my friends have no additional fees in their premium account. I am not accepting such a thing and I ask you to refund for the difference between my original subscription and what you took from my card otherwise I will report the case to legal firms and all social media as this is not a professional way to deal with your members.


@Nada Gamal please contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to look again into your account and double check with our CRM team if you were sent the communication on price increase for Egypt.
I can’t guarantee a refund but you can discuss it with our agents as well.
