changing subscription


Ive cancelled my Family subscription and want to move to Premium,but it wont let me.

I was under family xxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com and james.deale is myself who want to move to Premium.I tried to pay but got below attachments.

First off, I suggest you edit your post to remove the personal information. This is a public forum and disclosing this info is ill-advised.

Second, the majority of the folks here on the forum are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and since we are not deezer employees, we have no access to your account.

Lastly, please contact deezer support and open a ticket so that someone can look at your account and help you to get this resolved.
