cannot access original account

I have been struggling to access my original account. When I login the app defaults to a new account that’s not subscribed, how do I access my old profile that’s linked to family members. As admin, my family members can access their profiles. Please help

If you are logged in with another account, it is sufficient to log out and log in again with the correct credentials. That's how it usually works.
