Sorry but Italian is not supported yet :( However, every time you reset your mobile or just delete your Deezer app and install it again, you lose your downloads, sorry about that. However, your playlists, albums and so on will still be in your Deezer account, so as soon as you’re connected to a WiFi please download them again ;)
Hello @Michelle Ullman Lazarus it seems that you created a new account starting on the 28th may rather than renew your subscription and that’s why you can’t see any of your music. In order to fix the problem please contact our Deezer Support Team and provide all the payment info and account details and one of our agents will be able to check in the system and help you.
