Can't listen hole track although subscribed

Hello. I already subscribed for premium, and will be chargedin 2 weeks,but I cannot listen to music till than with no reason, although you promissed month free...can you help please?

Does the settings or account details show you that you are using Premium? You may have accidentally logged into the wrong account.
