Can I transfer my subscription between countries ?

We changed country this summer.

I was at some point made aware that I should change my account‘s country, but I forgot to watch for me renewal date, which was December 4th.

It is a yearly subscription.

 

From what I read: the procedure should be to cancel my current subscription, and create a new one.

Is there a way to “transfer” the remaining 11 months to the new subscription?

It's not possible; to do that you have to cancel your subscription and create it again.
