I see there is another price increase for the Family plan coming our way without any real reason for it given. I think this is the 2nd one in a year. What gives? I feel like you are begging me to start shopping for another service.

I have moved on as well. No justification given for the hike. I hope there is a great exodus. Anyone reading this... Comparison shop with other services.
