I have started using Deezer a month ago, but seem to have a problem with updates of podcasts. New episodes don’t show up directly after they are published; “Podcasts > Latest episodes” is also not updated regularly. Other platforms, such as Spotify, don’t have this issue. How can I find a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for thinking along.
The random/ shuffle feature seems to have stopped working, it just plays the the tracks in order which isn't very random. If you hit the random button it just pauses the track then restarts when you hit it again.
Since tvOS 16 it is possible for each user to have separate user data in an app, allowing each user to be logged into separate accounts if an app implements the support for this: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/tvservices/mapping-apple-tv-users-to-app-profiles When are you planning to add this feature? The Apple TV app is borderline useless for us until you implement this, because we use different Deezer accounts on the same device.
Since the last update, the text size and album images on Android Auto are much smaller. Previously I was able to safely glance at the screen and see which artist/track is playing, now it's too small to do so safely. Is this intended or a bug?
So I am on iOS 18.6 with the latest Deezer App, but after a fresh App start it always defaults back to the standard audio quality. That same function works on Android very well. What am I doing wrong? (also tried the Beta, same behaviour)
So I’ve seen some topics on this, from years ago, and some admin wrote that they’d made a permanent fix for this, to solve this issue once and for all, but NO. When I search a song and try to play it from the search results, it plays a DIFFERENT song. It strikes me how such a BIG streaming platform can manage to mess up SUCH a basic & obvious element of a bloody music streaming app. Itt happens on OSX iN Deezer app.
I can’t replay an episode of Cafe da Manhã - a podcast in my list. It always go to another episode randomly and not the one I select.
