Thank you for the screenshots. It’s weird how Deezer looks on your Chromebook. Like I said, I’m also using Deezer on my Chromebook and I don’t have any issues. There are a couple of things you can try: Start Google Chrome and start the Incognito window. Go to the Deezer website and log on. And check if the Deezer website works or not. If it does work, close the Incognito window and clear your cookies, browser history and the rest. Go to the Google Playstore. Download the Firefox browser. Go to the Deezer website and log on. And check if it works. Go to the Google Playstore. Download the Deezer app. Start the Deezer app and check if it works with your account. Like you can see in my screenshot, I’m using the Google Chrome brower on my Chromebook. And this is a screenshot when using the Deezer app on my Chromebook: Hey everyone,I just wanted to share my experience with the Deezer web player and express my frustration regarding a few issues. I’m having the same problem. Thought at first it was because I was trying to play Deezer through car but I can’t log on at home either. I saw something similar here: https://andersenlab.com/services/custom-api-integration-andersen Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my frustration with the Deezer app. I was happily adding songs to my playlist when suddenly I got automatically logged out. And now, when I try to log back in, it keeps saying "Require API auth." I've even gone the extra mile of reinstalling the app, but unfortunately, that didn't solve the issue.I'm really hoping someone here can help me out with this problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar login issue with Deezer? Maybe there's a workaround or a solution that I haven't tried yet. I rely on Deezer to keep my music collection organized, so it's quite frustrating to be locked out like this.Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, and I hope everyone else is having a better experience
I have an Android phone with Dolby Atmos support (enabled in the phone settings). When using the 360 app (with Andersen headphones), do I need to manually disable Dolby on my phone? Fwiw, I don't notice any difference between 360 with Dolby on and 360 with Dolby off, so I wonder if the app is disabling it by itself. Hey everyone! Personally, I have a cellphone with Dolby Atmos support enabled in the settings. From my experience, I have not noticed any enormous difference between the use of the 360 app with Dolby on or off.Based on what I've gathered, it seems that Deezer/Sony does not utilize the Dolby Atmos codec for 360 tracks. Instead, they use their very own developed codec. This could provide an explanation for why there's no substantial change when switching the Dolby option.Additionally, it is worth bringing up that the 360 app utilizes a built-in software program decoder. It's possible that positive phones have their personal hardware decoder or a software decoder built
I saw the same problem here UI Language. Check this. Hey everyone! As a user from Ukraine, I can understand the frustration mentioned regarding the web user interface language of Deezer. While Deezer does offer the Ukrainian language option for its web version, it seems there might be some issues with the automatic language detection and display. It's disappointing when the interface continues to display in Russian even after setting the language to English.I would recommend reaching out to Deezer's support team or checking their FAQ section to see if there are any specific steps or settings that need to be adjusted to ensure the interface displays in the chosen language consistently.
