I'm using hands free whilst driving. So I don't have the option of choosing the first song. I have tried saying.Hey Google. Play System Of a DownHey Google. Play System Of A Down on DeezerHey Google. Play System Of a Down - AerialsHey Google. Only Play System Of a Down. Even when I have told it to stop and then requested Sytem Of A DOWN again. Deezer then continues to play whatever band was playing before I stopped it. Every request results on the same behaviourWith any band I ask for. Pearl Jam, Incubus, Rodriguez, Newton Faulkner.... you name it.Most 9f the aforementioned artists have an extensive collection of releases, more than enough to keep playing them. The resulting behaviour is infuriating and out of order. Reminiscent of when you had the free version and could not choose the next songs to play (but at least the same band played). The difference is I pay. And yes I am fuming. So I do appreciate your link. It unfortunately does not serve to fix my problem and sadly would cause
Your response has totally dismissed the issue and in a way is telling me there is no problem. We (I) never had to pause the music before in order to exit the app completely so this so called normal behaviour does not sit with me, this only happened to me in the past few days because I kept getting an MS0004 error and could not play my music. I had to reinstall 4 times and upon finally getting the app to work and exiting in my normal usual method found this 'feature'.I just reinstalled Spotify and exiting the app stops the music completely resulting in me touching my device less.By exiting the app I mean selecting the square (in Android) and swiping the app away from memory. The music stops in Spotify but does not in Deezer (it used to in Deezer)The reason I do this is because as I mentioned before, my screen goes off and the app goes into memory so rather than have to call the app up again and find the pause button and then close the app again, it is safer for me to select the square an
This has just started happening to me and I'm fuming about it.I use Deezer in my car (a lot) and stopping the music by closing the app has been the quickest and most simple and effective task for me with minimal process.I now have to close the app and then access my notification bar to actually stop the music, because my screen won't stay on, and the app drops into memory meaning I have to activate my device with my fingerprint, call up the app from task and dismiss it from memory and then swipe down from the top of my device to find it in my notification bar and swipe right to shut it down completely. This is incredibly dangerous for driving and I am sorry to say but only an idiot would think this is a great feature. Yes I'm angry, you are making things dangerous by adding pointless processes that add unnecessary steps to closing the app. Was this tested with users? Why does it seem as though no thought is given for users who utilise the service whilst driving. Not all of use have mode
You know.…I kinda like the idea but would prefer the music to be kept separate. Currently I mostly use Deezer whilst driving so naturally video is a no go for me on that side of life.… My eyes should be responsibly on the road. But at home it would be really nice to be able to have the option to watch the videos.I remember a few years ago there was an artist I used to listen to Roxy 'something or other' and you could only get her music as a DVD and played only as video. Maybe have Tab for videos on the artist page but you can add to and create video playlists. It's definitely something I could enjoy at the right times.
Hi @Yula I drive a Honda HR-V (2002) and I have a Sony MEX-N6002BD stereo and play my music through a Sony Xperia 1 ii via Bluetooth as this allows me to use my stereo as a hands free device to answer phone calls.Even though both my stereo and phone are Sony and that I'm able to use the Media Centre App to access the settings on my stereo through my mobile device. The Song and Artist does not show on my display and I find no option to enable that. There are Stereos that have features like that unfortunately mine is not one of them. I have a standard playlist that I throw all new songs into before deciding which Genre and Playlist they should go into. So often whilst I'm driving, which is when i listen to music most, a song comes on that I won't recognise and need to take note of the artist so that I may move it to the correct playlist (when it is safe to do so), sometimes for me it takes a few listens to decide. This is why I find having the display on and the song and artist showing is
