The 'Favorites' & 'Favorite Tracks' need to be separated.
I get that you need to pay for the ‘Favorites’ , but having to pay for ‘Favorite Tracks’ is a bit much.
It was implemented today (Oct. 2, 2024) without warning & it’s an unwelcome addion to Deezer.

We are currently testing some new journeys and experiences around our features, which means some changes might be either permanent or temporary.
As a free user, when you try to play an album, playlist, artist, or favorite track, you will get a mix inspired by that selection rather than the actual content.
I appreciate your understanding while we test these new options!

I have an option to sign up for a paid account but I go ‘Play a mix by this artist’
.

You’re going the same way as Spotify. I came here from Spotify - the changes made me stop using it.
