Favorites won't load on Android anymore

Is this issue also present in the recent Deezer release (8.0.21.3)?

I'm having the same issue of my favourite playlist is just grey boxes and won't play any songs. And on the front menu, the album covers glitch and jump..

This issue seems to have only happened since the latest update, and the page keeps saying I need to get a subscription... but I was able to listen to the playlists whilst on my WiFi on my laptop but I can't on my phone.

I guess that you have tried to reinstall the app?

Ive got the exact same same problem. If it's no longer free, I'll just move over to Spotify. It's a shame as I've been with deezer since early 2019. 

Hi @Mo Shez @Scruff193  if you click on “play a mix inspired by this playlist” it should play the mix as it did before directly on clicking shuffle.

@Jaime.Deezer: Isn’t both questions from @Mo Shez and @Scruff193 related because Deezer Free isn’t available anymore in their country?

Im in the UK. Usually when you press shuffle it plays the playlist. When you click inspired it doesn't play your own playlist. It plays random music. I've been with deezer early 2019. 

Not for me anynore.
