When you search for a song, then click play on the song, why does it play a mix?
Why does it play the mix when you specifically searched for the song and wanted to play it.

If a song is started from the search results, a track mix is automatically created - that's the way it should be. The desired song is also played first via the web version and app on the iPhone (both just tested).

Or maybe you don’t have a Premium account and try to use a mobile app? On the desktop app and web player it should at least play the first found track, but then switches to a mix automatically. This is a new “feature”, not a bug.
