Tune My Music: How can I transfer my favourites?

Moving to a new music streaming service doesn't mean building your music collection from scratch. With the new in-app “Transfer your favourites” function provided by Tune my Music, new or existing Deezer users can easily move their music collection from another streaming service.

How can I transfer my Favourites?

Simply go to the "Settings" tab. Mobile users can then select the option “Transfer your favourites” under “Content preferences”. Web users can find this feature by going to their account settings. After clicking on “Transfer your favourites”, all you have to do is select the streaming service from which the music should be transferred. The entire music collection is then integrated into Deezer within a few minutes.

As soon as users have selected the tracks and playlists they want to transfer, Deezer can also put together their own personal soundtrack flow, which plays all their favourite songs and suggests suitable recommendations based on their taste in music.

Normally, users have to favour at least 16 titles in order for their personalised flow to start. However, if you use the "Transfer your favourites" function, this process is accelerated :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Does it work to transfer from yt music to deezer?

Hi @Sergi.Sanz

I just had a look and it seems so.

Hey @Sergi.Sanz

You can also import your music very comfortably on your computer:

https://features.deezer.com/transfer-playlist

And yes, it also works with Youtube Music, as @Zayn-T already wrote.

Welcome, dear Spotify users.

I have a suggestion.

It would have been much better if Soundiiz was the platform you send costumers to, instead of Tune my music

When I first wanted to switch to Deezer from YT Music, Soundiiz was the one and only one that offered YouTube MUSIC service as well. In transforming your library from other popular platforms, Soundiiz again, finds the best and most accurate replacement for each track from source libraries…

This sucks! And why it sucks: You shouldn't have to pay for transfer music especially when you have Deezer premium. It was free last year! Because theres no other platforms that are doing such a great work you have to pay. Other wise you have to start from scratch with a playlist with thousands of tracks. No thanks. It's just a shitty way to earn money when you already have premium as I said before. Deezer should do a deal with tunemymusic.

I use SongShift for free. I’ve brought playlists over from other services so I can listen to them on deezer, my preferred platform, and with clean flacs.

I was able to use transfer music from Spotify to Deezer on my Android but can't get it to work on my iPhone. Help

Have you tried SongShift? It’s free and works for me on iPhone.

Hey @harmonicajoeo can you please provide more info on the problem on iPhone in order to help you? Do you get any error message or similar?
Thanks

Tunemymusic worked perfectly on my Android and iPad but as I tried to use it on my iPhone it just didn't find any of my Spotify playlists to transfer over.

@harmonicajoeo can you reinstall the latest version of Deezer app in your iPhone and let me know if that works?
Thanks
