Our new iOS 14 widgets have arrived :boom:

If you're an iPhone user you probably already know that the most recent iOS update includes a new and very cool feature in Home Screen widgets. With these, you get timely information from your favourite apps at a glance. With iOS 14, you can use widgets on your Home Screen to keep your favourite information at your fingertips. Or you can use widgets from Today View by swiping right from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.

 

How to add a widget :calling:

 It's very easy. Check out the steps:

  1. From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle
  2. Tap the Add button Gray add button in the upper-left corner
  3. Select a widget, choose from three widget sizes, then tap Add Widget
  4. Tap Done :white_check_mark:

We've just launched Songcatcher and Flow widgets this week with our version 8.24, with a few more coming before the end of the year. Simply press the widgets and your Flow will start straight away, the same with our super cool Songcatcher.

We won't stop here, with your Favourites, Recently Played and Made for You in the pipeline too :grin:

a user on the French forum asked the same question. the answer is yes it will have widget only for favorites.sorry, for bad english because i am no english speaking

Would be awesome to see widget and Deezer could be there before their competitors (well Apple Music has it anyways already).

Bit early to say it'll be only Favourires @MATHÉO.YANN. All we know at the moment is that we want to have a widget and that our teams are working towards this. As soon as we get an update, we'll let you know :v_tone2:

No need to vote, our iOS widgets are coming very very soon - 2 of them are on Beta, a couple of more being polished :grin:

You can add “Recently played songs” widget for iOS 14 users.

Widgets has been on Android since 2008 or so…

Perhaps they can add these widgets that are now iPhone exclusive from Deezer.

Yes to add the "Song Catcher" widgets and that's all I think there are already the playlists and the FLOW in widgets but it would be good to review them to modernize them, frankly on IOS we do things well but on Android this  is not always the case.
