    We haven't had reports of this kind recently. Have you tried reinstalling both apps after restarting your phone to see if it helps?

    I have similar problem and I tried all you've advised but it doesn't work. Niether I nor my friends can hear the music in Instagram stories.

    I’m having problems with this feature. The cover goes to my Instagram and when I hit “Share” it just stay in a loop saying “Waiting for connection” and never post

    Sure, I have the video. Where I can send it? I don't see an option to add videos, only pictures.
