Hi @erdemaydin, sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

Could you please perform the following procedures to see if they solve the problem:

Restart the app:

1. On the Home screen, select My games & apps > Apps.
2. Highlight the app, and then press the Menu button  on the controller.
3. If the option to Quit is present, select it. (If it's not present, the app is not currently running.)
4. Once you're sure the app is closed, try to launch the app again by selecting it from the recently used tiles or from My games & apps.

Restart your Xbox console

1. Press and hold the Xbox button  on your controller.
2. Select Restart console > Restart.
3. After restart, try to launch the app again.

Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off.

After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button  on the console again to restart.

Try to launch the app again.

Uninstall and reinstall the app

To uninstall the app:

1. On the Home screen, select My games & apps > Apps.
2. Highlight the app you want to uninstall.
3. Press the Menu button  on your controller, and then select Uninstall > Uninstall all.

Reinstall the app:

1. On the Home screen, select My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned apps.
2. Select the app to reinstall, and then select Install all.
3. After install, try launching the app.
