Windows Desktop app not playing songs

Hi,

That doesn’t sound good. What have you already tried to fix this? Re-installed the app? Tried the web app?

of course I did all that was suggested, i think it is related to the multiple issues on Deezer apps.
Now it is playing, but about every 30 mins I get an error message and i have to restart the app….

It is a pity coy catalog wise and suggestion wise Deezer is great, but I cant cope with this cimplete lack of reliability of their apps, these error messages, connection problems and occasional failure of the “Play” button became a nightmare for me, Im done with Deezer.

It’s really a shame that you’re leaving Deezer. But after everything you’ve told us, I can completely understand why. It must be incredibly frustrating when this keeps happening, especially after you’ve tried everything and nothing has fixed it.

I use Deezer on several platforms myself, including Windows 11, and luckily I haven’t run into this issue , I can keep listening without any problems. I genuinely wish it had worked that smoothly for you too.
