Can some1 help me recive all my favourite tunes.
I got a alexa echo for Christmas and changed to Amazon music SHITE. so now I got Deezer back 70%of all my favourite tunes are gone any idea how to get them all back.

Deezer don't delete tracks if I had to guess you've signed into the wrong account e.g. you were signing in with Facebook and now you're signing in with Google or email (or the other way around). Please check! 🙂

they are not deleted that is due to licensing issues with record labels and of course can happen, I have a few tracks “greyed out” in my favourites that were there months/years ago. But what I was trying to explain is that Deezer don’t access your Favourites and change anything etc.

I missed a payment tried to login to Deezer with Google it wouldn't work so I Facebook now my favourite are grey
