Where are my favourite songs on Deezer?

Hi there.

Can some1 help me recive all my favourite tunes.

I got a alexa echo for Christmas and changed to Amazon music SHITE. so now I got Deezer back 70%of all my favourite tunes are gone any idea how to get them all back.

Hi @manytricks

Deezer don't delete tracks if I had to guess you've signed into the wrong account e.g. you were signing in with Facebook and now you're signing in with Google or email (or the other way around). Please check! 🙂
I'm a "Deezerhead" (fanboy) and just love music! (Please note even though I love all things Deezer I do not work for Deezer and therefore cannot assist with account issues etc.)

Deezer don't delete tracks

I regularly see multiple number of albums missing from bands I like. eg. this is reduced to 25% of what it used to be: https://www.deezer.com/us/artist/15991

they are not deleted that is due to licensing issues with record labels and of course can happen, I have a few tracks “greyed out” in my favourites that were there months/years ago.  But what I was trying to explain is that Deezer don’t access your Favourites and change anything etc.
