Whenever an ad plays, whatever song’s next in the queue skips. This happens when I’m listening to an album, playlist, mixes, Flow… and it’s only in the desktop app too; I’ve tried using the web player and there’s no skipping, and the same goes for the mobile app. Oh, and the notification bell isn’t clickable either.

I’ve uninstalled Deezer, deleted temporary files, and reinstalled the latest version of the app, and the changes have persisted. Any help on what to do would be appreciated!

Of course.

When the song finishes and the ad plays, it skips the next song in the queue and goes straight to the song right after that. Again, I have the latest version of Deezer and this issue has persisted through reinstalls, and it only happens in the desktop app.

Same here as described by DeepForm. The desktop app and web app, skips tracks after ads.


Hello @Leandro.Laia @Deepform we have tried to reproduce the problem in Chrome and Desktop app and both played the right track after the ad.
Could you please let me know if this happens on Windows or Mac.
Any other extra info would be helpful for our devs to investigate.
