Hello, i already make a topic with the same problem, but it's been closed and unresolved.

My problem is the same, the artist page, album, and lyrics are not displayed. An error message appears every time. I've run the test on several devices and the result is the same. I've already taken the usual steps, cleared the cache, deactivated the VPN, I don't use a proxy!
The problem also manifests itself on the deezer application for win 10!
Here are some screenshots on different browsers, all in private browsing mode (chrome, edge, firefox):

artist page edge
album page edge
lyric page edge
artist page firefox
album page firefox
lyric firefox
lyric chrome
album page chrome
artist page chrome

please inform developers, thx

Hi @Minimoon

Did you check your updates for browser ?

Only the latest two versions of each browser are supported .

I was try open same artist page, album, and lyrics like you and for me work fine

Hi @Minimoon ,

I know it doesn’t solve your issue, but same here as @Nina Nebo, it works on my Chrome browser.

Hello,  @Nina Nebo , @awesomemac
I did the last chrome update, clear the cache, the problem is still there. It's the same for the deezer application for windows 10 / 11. Here are some screenshots :

artist page
album …

Is it because I'm on Windows 10 that i have this problem ?
Are you on win 11?

Just crossed my mind: Are you using a VPN?

I've tried Chrome on my old Linux laptop, also no problem here.

@Nina Nebo Ik don’t think a reinstall would help. @Minimoon wrote that he tried many browsers before (private or not private).

@Minimoon

Security settings !?

Is there a security setting/firewall in place that is not recognizing Deezer as safe? Check for any Flash blockers, ad blockers or security plugins that could be interfering with Deezer and make sure they recognize Deezer as a safe site.
