Slow loading and downloading!

Hi, guys I just started to try deezer a few days ago, and I feel so disappointed for its low speed! 👎

To find the most suitable music streaming platforms, I’m now trying apple music, spotify, tidal and deezer at the same time, and only deezer gives me the most frustrating experience for its poor networking performance. 🖕

1. If I randomly play a song, there’s 50% chance that I need to wait 2-3 seconds for a song’s loading, sometimes even have to see the tip “Loading… Almost there, only a few seconds left” for up to 10 seconds! 
2. When offline songs, deezer can only download at the speed of 1-3MB/s, while other apps can reach at about 40-60MB/s. I have a playlist contains 1.3K songs, and I spent over 12 hours downloading it! 😠

(BTW, I’m using Singtel’s 1Gbps Fiber Broadband in Singapore, and the ping to deezer’s CDNs are just 1-3 ms. I’ve already restart, uninstall and reboot many times, nothing really changes! And It’s the same horrible at deezer’s desktop/iOS clients)

Guys, it’s 2022, right!? 🤯
Why deezer drags me back to 2012? 😓

To be honest, deezer’s FLOW and recommendations are my favorites, but it’s suck network really forced me to abandon it. And if deezer can’t fix it, I think there’s no way to introduce deezer to any of my friends.🙅
