Slow Downloading For My Account

I’m Using Deezer From Past One Year. All It Works Like A Charm.

But, Suddenly Past One Month Slow Downloading For My Account.

I’m Unable To Download Songs. All Are Super-Slow. It Takes Nearly 30 Minutes For Completed.

Fix This Issue!

What is your device? Which version of Deezer do you have? Do you have SD memory card on your phone? 🤔

App Version : Deezer (Latest Version)

Perfect, everything looks fine in our system, so it could be related to your Windows Desktop App. 💻

Please make sure that🕵🏼

  • Your Windows System is up to date.
  • Your Antivirus software is not blocking/limiting Deezer in any way.
  • The energy saving option for Deezer is deactivated.
  • Deezer is installed in the default location (not moved manually).

Once you checked this and the problem persists, please uninstall the Deezer App, delete temp files (Windows Button -> Search “Delete Temporary Files” -> Remove files), reinstall the app and try again.

It might help to download and install the app directly from the deezer server:
