Unfortunately, on the Android TV box I have I couldn’t reproduce the issue, but I will share it with the team.
Before that, please let me if you have tried these steps:
- Clear Cache Deezer App
- Clear Data Deezer App
- Turn off the TV and remove the power cable for 30 seconds
- Uninstall and install again the Deezer app
If that didn’t help, please share this information:
- Model of the TV
- Deezer version installed
I tried, even reinstall Deezer app.
TV: Samsung QE55Q80BATXXH
Deezer version: 1.3.3 from April
Another issue is that Deezer is very slow on this TV. After pressing button on controller the app needs seconds to do something (eg. moving in menu). All the other apps (netflix, max, skylink/canal+) work fine.
