Samsung TV keeps loading and nothing happens (cannot play My Music)

Please resolve this! I have the same ‘My music’ issue on my Samsung smart tv.

I have the same problem, I have contacted Deezer support, still no answer after a week, problem has persisted for over a month, 

Absolutely ridiculous

 

So this thread started 19 days ago and there's still no solution? I'm experiencing the same problems on my Samsung TV for quite a while now. I hope it will soon work properly again.

It’s a complex multiuser issue - not a personal incident. Any diagnostic results, root cause analysis,  and ttr time when issue will be resolved?!?!?

Deezer app in constant loading (spinning wheel) on my Samsung UE49KUhttps://tel:+446500 TV for quite some weeks and longer. Still works on phone thankfully but my daughter is so frustrated at not being able to use the tv to dance and sing to :(

I've reinstalled a couple of times but cant get further than the spinning wheel of doom.

Please help.

Sorry you feel that way, we can understand your frustration. We're working on this again, but we also need Samsung's support on this one. Keep an eye on this topic for updates, please :thumbsup_tone2:

Besides that, please understand that my main concern is about the desktop app which does not work at all. Internet is working fine on the laptop, web browser is fine, but app is not.

Same problem here. Seriously, what is wrong with Deezer? On the moment? Everything! 

Rediculous that we pay about €10 a month for this worthless app!

"Restart your internet router” Really? Really? The problem is clearly with our routers but with your servers!

You serious? Unacceptable! Solve the problem! We are paying customers and we have the right to a working service. I am not paying for this crap anymore!

 I cant access any of 'my music' it just hangs.  It takes hours to get your favourites into playlists from other devices (because this cant be done from the tv)  and then you end up not being able to listen to the playlists? Deezer dev, has the update aforementioned been pushed in all region?

I see many people have been complaining about the same issue for so many months.  How can we all pay monthly fees and the app on the Samsung TV does not work? I believe that most of the TV apps are going to have a refresh/update over the next few months… hang in there hopefully sooner rather than later! :) 

Hi to all community.

I recently have a trouble with Deezer app on my samsung tv UE65MUxxx.

When I launch the app, home page is displayed. It's ok with any part of the home page. I mean I can play my Flow or select and play any suggestion of the home page.

But when I want to access to "my music", a neverending loading page appears… I just can't access to "my music"... 

I tried to uninstall and install again the app but I have the same problem…

Couls anyone can help ?

Hello all,

I’m using Deezer on iOS without any issues.

Also it works in web browser (quite slow actually, but it works).

But Windows 10 (version 1709) Deezer desktop app (version 4.17.10) is not loading music at all. I play a song and it’s buffering every 2-4 seconds. That means I can listen to a 3 min song in about 10 mins which is not ok at all. Do you have any issues with the app?

Also on my Samsung TV it worked until 1 month ago. It’s keep loading and nothing happens. I can leave it for 30mins and nothing is changing. I’ve deleted the deezer app and reinstalled and same thing is happening. Do you have any resolution on this?
