Samsung S95B/QN90B unable to enter in deezer app with Tizen platoform

Hi all,

I'm trying to log in Deezer app with my Samsung TV powered by Tizen software.

When I try to pair app with my mobile phone releasing code to access sys remain stuck without the possibility to enter in.

Samsung's customer service states that is something related to Deezer and not to their platform. Anyone has the same issue? If yes in which way I can solve it? Pls note that all other music apps are working fine. Thanks

In order to better understand the situation, could you please provide answers to the following questions:

What is the brand and model code of your TV? You can find it on the back of your TV or in the TV settings.
Is your TV connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or cable?
Can you check if you have a strong signal on your TV? You can test this by trying other apps like YouTube and letting us know how fast they load.
Please send a screenshot or a step-by-step video of what you're doing for further assistance.

Model is QE55S95BATXZT samsung https://www.samsung.com/it/business/tvs/oled-tv/s95b-55-inch-oled-4k-smart-tv-qe55s95batxzt/

TV is connected via WiFi but I have tried to connect it also via internet cable or hot spot with mobile phone

All other apps are working fine without any problem.

I have a friend of mine that has the same issue with another product from Samsung  QE55QN90BATXZT and same Tizen platform.

As already described above once paired TV with mobile phone typing in access code sys remain stuck with a screen where is present a girl with headphones on a purple background.

So it seems that something in your app is not working properly with Samsung TV and Tizen platform.

Samsung customer service states that you're the only one able to fix this matter.

It could be that only user with premium account can enter in the app via Samsung TV?

If yes free user account are out of your app?

It doesn't make sense considering that I can stream it via mobile phone and Bluetooth despite I'm a free user.

@Cordagh I understand that you can stream via mobile phone and bluetooth but in order to login in the TV app you need to have paid subscription.

i can’t understand this policy by Deezer considering that Spotify could be used with free account. I’ll be forced to stream my music via mobile phone on my TV or switch directly to Spotify.
