Last chance Deezer as I’m about to give Spotify my business this week.

It's likely to be on our side @Arhu but it's early to tell, our teams are looking into this, please hang in there!

Can I be honest. I really got frustrated, so bought a sonos system but then I saw how nicely and elegantly Spotify connect really works compared to being forced to use the sonos app....

 

I returned the sonos speakers (the sound quality of the sonos one was really inferior to my wam750s too)

Well, believe it or not it is now working again!!!!!

My Samsung R3 has now connected again to Deezer. Finally!!!!!

Not sure whether Samsung or Deezer sorted it out ... but thanks.

Even the playlists work. 

Try reinstalling everything.....

i have an issue logging into Deezer using Samsung MultiRoom app. I have used this for around 3 years and suddenly stopped working so I logged out and now can’t log back in. I have deleted MultiRoom app, reset my devices, logged into Deezer directly and changed password a couple times but nothing is working. 
 

Is there a known fix for this?

negative here. Wasn’t able to get it working after reinstalling the app. I am now using Spotify and it works very well. I guess the change back to Deezer is becoming more unrealistic every day.

Got exactly the same problem as above, been on to Samsung for over 1 hour this morning and they couldn't help only one thing I can do is cancell my account until sorted

Hello. I've been using the Samsung Multiroom app to access Deezer on my R7 speaker for a few months. Now all of a sudden it's not working. I can't log in to Deeze . My log in details are correct and I've tried re-installing the app.  Any ideas, please?

Somehow I can’t see this as ever being fixed.

Samsung aren’t bothered and Deezer are just plain stupid for thinking they are.

This is why I’ve now switched to Spotify.

Negative from my side as well…….

I really hope that you work this out. My patience with you guys are like close to zero now. But if you solve this you are a hero Rafael!   

I just got the deezer trial. Really I want to quit spotify because they’ll never fix the missing dislike button bug but I can't if this doesn't get resolved

 

edit: looks like samsung has completely abandoned the multiroom speaker line :(

I agree what your saying but what use it's that when I'm paying for a service I can't use. Would you rent a car you couldn't drive on the roads ?
