When listening to a playlist on desktop app, on random intervals the app scrolls all the way to the top of playlist. When it happens it is also accompanied by hourglass cursor. My best guess is that the ‘page’ refreshes and it goes to top by default. This is very annoying when I’m trying to curate my long playlists.

Hello @Qiler

From which device do you have this issue?

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

@Yula Windows 10 desktop app.

Problem disappeared when I upgraded my account to premium so I’m guessing the issue was caused by ads.

Even tho i don’t experience the bug anymore, you should submit this issue to dev team.

I was trying to decide which music service I should go with so i was testing different ones. And this issue alone almost turned me away from deezer.

I was about to subscribe to Spotify instead but I’ve found posts from other people with same issue and they mentioned ads, so I used free trial to test if it would fix the issue and it did.

There ware other issues I had that ware solved simply by upgrading account, like unability to see song list in playlist on android app.

There is severe lack of clarity on what exactly you unlock when subscribing. This is very bad design and marketing and it will turn people away from your service, which I don’t want because your service is only one that supplies music in flac format and I don’t want it to bankrupt.
