I want to change the option on my desktop app but there’s no language option anywhere, and definitely not where the “tutorial” says it should be. I can see the option if I open deezer on my browser but it doesn’t appear in the desktop app.

On the desktop there is no option to change the language only on the web .
For that, you need to go under Windows
> Language system settings
> Windows display language
> select the language you want
