There is only Standard and Better quality options since I moved from premium to a family plan, I’m using a partnered A1 offer. Anyone know how to fix this or if this is intentional? Same settings appear on the desktop app, ios app and browser player. I contacted their support but they are rather slow and haven’t gotten back to me in a couple days :/

When did your Family plan started? The Family plan is also available as HiFi, so this is weird.
Normally you should have the options to change the quality:

If you can’t see those options, I think it’s better to take a look at:
