So i want to use my Apple watch on the offline mode. I tried to download a playlist (910 songs) to my apple watch. I have about 23 GB left (should me enough). But it just keeps on canceling the download without any error message.
I tried a smaller playlist and it did download…about 30 songs.
but 910 songs are never 23GB...so what goes wrong?
Why can’t i download that playlist? Anyone
(oh i tried deezer customer support, but man you guys are slow….)

I mean…. It clearly means i can listen to downloaded music (offline). So i think you need to recheck your own website and features😂

Okay so i contacted alfredo from your customer service, send him video’s and pictures about the problem, so far nothing from him.
i would really like to know how to solve this problem and make it so that i can go to the gym with my music…
otherwise spotify or apple music are the only options for me.

Please try with a very small playlist and see how much you can add,
also please completely disable Bluetooth on the iPhone before downloading.
