Music randomly stops

Hi, I use deezer on pc (windows 10) and music is randomly stopping (often end of songs). This has been happening for a few months, I would say around 3 or 4. Sometimes it’s random songs but some songs always do that, for example dracula by tame impala for some reason it always stops near the end.

I would love any help thanks !

Hi @eaulympia !

The abrupt stop at the end of Tame Impala's "Dracula" is a deliberate stylistic choice that matches the song's theme.
The sudden silence represents the sunrise. Since the song is about partying all night and acting like a vampire—escaping to the darkness and dreading the light—the track cutting out suddenly represents the morning arriving and Dracula being forced to hide.

Hi, what I mean with “music randomly stops” is that there is an error in the app showing that the song could not be played. Not any stylistic choice :) And it does it for multiple songs this was just an example !

@eaulympia

Music randomly stopping on the Deezer Windows 10 app is typically caused by corrupted app cache, a restrictive Windows background power plan, or out-of-date audio drivers.

how to fix the issue:

Clear the App Cache

Set your power mode to Best performance instead of balanced or power saver.

Update Audio Drivers

Reinstall the Deezer App . You can download the latest version directly from the Deezer Downloads page.

I see many more similar issues related to crashes / playback stops etc on Desktop apps (both Mac and PC). I think something is deeply wrong with the desktop versions, and based on replies on other similar threads, they (Deezer devs) don’t know what’s happening.
