There is no language settings in the app. I deleted all language pak files except mine at locales folder but didn’t work.

Desktop Language Settings :
- Go to your profile
- Select Account Settings
- Within the My Information tab, under Private information, select your language from the Language dropdown
- Select Save

For that, you need to go under Windows > Language system settings > Windows display language > select the language you want –> here a link from Microsoft about it - Manage display language settings in windows
