hitachi smart tv app

I have just got a hitachi tv with a deezer app pre installed and apparently acording to their app store its up to date 

 

But when i try loging in with my account it says im not conected to the internet.

Yes i have unpluged it and rebuted my router. And i do have internet on the tv as Netflix ect work fine 

 

Also the demo try function loads but wont play anything 

 

It i put the incorrect password in it tells me the password is wrong therefore it must be communicating with your server 

Any ideas

Hello @nb.patience could you please provide a screenshot of the Deezer app in your TV in order to check if it is up to date or the old app?

Hey @nb.patience, I am afraid this is an older version of the app, 

we did not develop a new version for your TV, sorry. 

Do you have an active subscription though? It might be the reason why it’s not connecting,
