I keep getting “an error occurred please try again later” on Windows desktop app, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera GX. I am not using a VPN and the adblocker is not allowed to run on the Deezer site. I basically turned off all the extensions when I am on the Deezer website. I know about the FAQ article and I already did everything in there. I tried unlinking other accounts and devices. I rebooted my PC obviously. I have a lot of space on my SSD. I cleared my cache and cookies and reset my browsers. I installed the latest security update on my PC. I contacted support and they kept asking me to do things or give information that I already did or gave. The last thing they asked was for me to try in Chrome to which I reported back it still doesn’t work.

I’m not a playlist guy, I want to listen to specific albums or artists, and even if I was a playlist guy, I get an error on the page of specific songs as well plus the point of this service is you can listen to full albums if you want to or you can listen to playlists if you want to. I was really excited about the uncompressed audio and loved it for the 2 days it worked but now I am going to have to cancel.

If the support guy doesn’t know what to do he should be honest and send my problem higher up instead of ignoring me when I did all the suggestions in the article and from the emails and also my own troubleshooting that comes from my being good at IT. This is ridiculous because I am using their own app from their website and then they said they support both Firefox and Chromium and that doesn’t work either. And you should not have to ask someone to use another browser if you are supposed to support the first one already. Also I built my own PC and I could tell they were confused that my PC doesn’t have a “brand” or “model”.
