Everyday Deezer stops working at 4pm

@Alfredo.Deezer or if playing stay at pause for 1 to 2 hours, when i'm continue listening current track playing to end, but at new track app show track name but stop playing and show content error.

All this started after global problem with desktop app, when no tracks playing at all. Problem with playing was sorted (mayby not fully), and came this new problem

I have to say… pretty unhappy with Deezer right now as App is not working at all today.  

Who do we talk to about a refund for this month?

The problem has been reported already and our devs are aware and investigating.

I also see this “error occurred” error screen every day.

 

I’m determined to stay with Deezer for now, because I deliberately switched from a Spotify giant to something smaller, but these frequent playback issues make me frustrated and I may need to reconsider coming back :/

Same issue here. Almost useless.

Any update. Every Day after 3 or 4 hours of continuous playing have an error

STILL NOT WORKING

2 months still not working.

Same exact problem every day.

Just happened again…  Seems to happen a different times of the day now.  Difference it will often resume play if I “retry”  Where as before nothing would make it work.

@DarthZilla a new fix has been deployed and it should be available in the release of the next desktop app version in the following days.
