Hi @awsteenoh after my colleague made the question to our developers, late that same month, we got a feedback saying that issue was fixed. 

Can you share another case/video where the issue is still occurs.

last time it happened I was driving and couldn’t record it. it’s actually a lot of work reporting all these issues

So far the feedback that I got was that issue was solved. But we might had an regression with the latest updates of our app.
