Deezer will not Open on windows laptop in Chrome

I cannot open Deezer on my windows 10 laptop as the message i have attached shows up. The only way I can get into Deezer is by going into incognito mode which then allows me to open Deezer and use all the functions as usual. Why wont Deezer just open up in chrome when i try ?????

Have you tried to clear the cache of your web browser?

Also, if you have a VPN activated, it might not work, that’s why you get that message, so I would suggest you to deactivate it.
