Deezer skill not working on Alexa echo

One Hit Wonder

When requesting Alex to 'play my flow on Deezer' I am told 'Flow from Deezer. Hmm I couldn't find that.'

I have the free tier, but was under the impression playlists and similar should work.

I have tried setting the language in Alexa and Deezer to English/US as I have read that this worked for someone.

My Echo Dot is running the latest software and has been powercycled.

Deezer account has an email address attached.

​@domruk have you tried unlinking and re-linking the Deezer skill on Alexa? I used to use Echoes and Alexa years ago, but have moved over to Sonos after growing tired of the issues.

Maybe try the Alexa forums on reddit, I suspect your issue is on that side.

          I've just hit this problem myself, and now can't even relink accounts as part of the troubleshooting. Just keeps refreshing the “continue” web page where I'm logged into deezer and trying to give the Alexa skill permission to use it. I hit that “continue” and it just refreshes the page without progressing

            Snap and it’s really annoying being stuck in the unending loop and zero support from Deezer so far.
