Main problem: when I press the play button, nothing happens. The music doesn't start.

Orher problems:

*On my phone app, the chromecast streaming function doesn't find the tv, only other streaming devices. 

*The app is loading very slow on the tv

 

Reinstalling the app didn't help

I read somewhere that the main problem was not addressed by deezer for one year.

If that the case I would probably switch to Spotify 

The same thing is happening on my Samsung.  It loads and looks like its going to play but nothing happens.  It does show the icon in the top left hand corner of the app that indicates the music is already playing (but its not) 

I left Spotify and switched to Deezer as Spotify was freezing every few min, quite disappointed to be facing another issue!...

I find quite annoying that this is a known bug and yet Deezer do nothing to fix it
