Deezer Desktop app is flooding my DNS logs

The Deezer desktop app for Windows makes several DNS server requests for deezer.com every couple of seconds. This is the only app I have ever seen do that, and it is flooding my DNS logs. There are dozens of deezer.com requests between each normal DNS request from my system. I have a TTL configured so that it should be cached. That means that the app must be directly calling for the domain resolution constantly. This does not happen when listening using the web player. Why is this happening? Can I do something about it? Can you do something about it?
