This happens every 2 weeks or so, it’s so frustrating! Does it reset all user settings after each update or something?

Apologies for not picking up with your topic earlier - have you tried reinstalling the app? Please try to update to our latest version 4.18.50 if you haven't done so and let me know if still have any problems :thumbsup_tone2:


@Rudi have you tried fixing the app so that it doesn’t randomly forget our passwords?

 

I’m currently on 4.19.10, and as far as I can tell each time it auto-updates it forgets my login details. I authenticate using email and password.

Updated to 4.19.20, it happened again.


Yes, that version isn't ready to fix the problem yet @vladnc - but we haven't stopped working on this. We won't until we get it sorted, that's our guarantee :pray_tone2:

After the latest update it asked me to login again. After clicking on the “log in” option it opened a page in a browser, which checked my login, then took me back to the app, and I was authenticated without having to enter a password.

 

While this is still not ideal, it’s much better than the previous behavior. I can live with this. Thanks for improving the app.

 


Thanks for waiting for our solution, we've had to act quickly to at least ensure you don't have annoying captchas to deal with @vladnc you're feedback is very important!
