Since very recently, i cannot use deezer web on vpn anymore. It used to work just fine.

“Your details are incorrect. Please try again.”

But it IS CORRECT.

I use the same login info in a vpn excluded browser, which works. But i am not at all going to do that every time i want to use deezer!
 

is there a fix?

Hello @Golden Glimpse, please try resetting your password as well. 

Or logging out and back in on your mobile to see if the logins are correct? 

Maybe your VPN is set to a country where deezer is not available? 


@Golden Glimpse At some point Deezer has pointed out to me when I contacted support last year, and at least to one other user who posted on these forums that they do not support connecting via VPN. Whether this still the case or not, I don’t know. But the answer you received is not correct. I have been able to use the Mac desktop app and the web version in the last few months and am unable to access the service any longer today using my VPN which was routing via a country where Deezer “IS” available. When I received their reply last year, I cancelled my subscription but I had paid for one year in advance so I’m currently waiting for it to expire so I can delete my user account as well. Disabling VPN for Deezer to work is not an option for me. I didn’t request a refund because magically the same VPN connection on the phone doesn’t cause their servers to complain and kick me out. Therefore, support’s answer to me last year and the reply another user on this forum received are likely the correct answer that Deezer doesn’t support using VPN.  You will want to keep this mind before your next renewal term.
