Can't find LG Deezer app

LG TVs are still listed as compatible devices although the app is not available. This looks a lot like false advertising to me.

Can you remove the unsupported devices from your website or release the app?

I am asking, because on my sisters LG TV from 2017 WebOS Version 5.60.25 the deezer app is not available in the LG Store App.

However on my TV from 2020 with WebOS Version 5.20.35 the Deezer App is available in the LG Store App.

The new Deezer app for LG TVs requires a 2017 or newer TV model. May be not all 2017 TVs are supported and your sisters TV is one of them. If the firmware is up to date and no update is available imo there‘s no chance.

Hello, thanks for clarifying the issue. And if that is the final state of the affairs, guess you should inform LG Worldwide about it. Just FYI: in Serbia, their customer service insists that Deezer App is fully supported for my model (47LB630V), and it is not (one can not find the app in LG Store). Thank you, cheers, Boban

Thanks for your feedback… just as LG is responsible for the content of their TV appstore, only they can decide if the Deezer app will be available on your TV model. 
I suggest you send a request to the Deezer support team about LGs feedback and perhaps they can ask LG to check it.

I understand this, however the app was working fine on the TV until April 2022.

Was the Deezer app recently updated? Have you a link to the release notes, where Deezer communicated that it will not be compatible any longer?

Yes, there came a new app for LG last april that doesn‘t support old TV models. 
In the meantime imho the old LG app was removed.

I‘m sorry, but i can’t find official release notes for the new app. 

I have the same problem with my 49UJ6309 LG TV, using WebOS.
Why is the app not supported. I am on the free month and thinking of cancelling the subscription moving back to Spotify.
