Why has this happened again. Its getting all the time now that songs can't download in time for the next one. Takes again again.

Emailed connected drive just said book an appointment at bmw.for.a software update. I already have the newest update. Same.automated response now mater what you say.
It's going bit quicker today. Still can't.load a full song quick enough if listening to.it but def downloading faster.
Same problem on my 2013 M135i
1 song takes around 5 or more minutes to download, I get the same song playing around 5 times, as it catches up to where it's downloaded and then restarts and plays from the beginning, until eventually the song finishes the download
I've tried the previous fix of updating the BMW services, but it's not helped this time round.
I emailed BMW about this on Friday and waiting for a reply
Hopfully they have had lots emails. And not just 3 of us. You prob get the take to be for software update. As per.
Yeah the same. It got slightly better this week as it can download 1 eventually. Last week it would finish downloading and just start again.
