By when we can expect to have solved this problem? From Spotify you can play music on bluesound but from deezer not. It is very disappointing.
Deezer started working on the direct control feature last year as a part of deezer labs. Today it’s part of the stable release apps for iOS and Android. You can control these apps each other and with them also webplayer and desktop client.
Next step of expanding direct control will be third party platforms and imho they will be starting with Sonos. I can imagine after this other systems like Amazon Echo Multiroom and also Bluesound or Yamaha Musiccast will fillow.
But this takes time… and imho the „big“ systems like Sonos will be supported first. Deezer hasn’t got the manpower for developing like Spotify.
So… take a cup of coffee and let’s wait for things happen. 😉
